HighTide (hightide.health) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
Account data: email address, name, and password (hashed). Health tracking data: injection logs, protocol notes, and cycle data you choose to enter. Usage data: pages visited, features used (aggregate, anonymized). We do not collect sensitive medical records or prescription information.
How We Use Your Data
To provide and improve the HighTide service. To generate personalized educational insights in The Guide feature. To send account-related emails (signup confirmation, password reset). We never sell your data to third parties.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the United States. Health tracking data is encrypted at rest. We retain your data as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
Data Portability
You can export your tracking data at any time from your account settings. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@hightide.health.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use privacy-first analytics (Vercel Analytics) that do not require cookie consent.
Third-Party Services
Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing — they handle your card data, we never see it), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Anthropic (AI insights — prompts are not stored or used for training).
Children's Privacy
HighTide is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@hightide.health. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
Changes
We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site.
